One policy for every Farm Fury game and for farmfurygames.com: what stays on your device, what a few outside services see when you play, and who to ask if something is unclear. Paired with our Terms of Use, which cover purchases and acceptable use.
The Farm Fury games are developed and published by Tenbucks Mobile (PTY) Ltd ("we", "us"). This policy applies to:
The general rules in sections 01–09 apply to every Game. Each Game can differ in which services it uses and what it measures, so section 10 lists the details for each Game individually. Where section 10 says something more specific about a Game, that detail applies to that Game.
Farm Fury is made for a broad family audience, including children. We treat every session in every Game as directed to children, whoever is actually playing, under laws such as the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). In practice:
Because no Game asks anyone for personal information, there is no parental-consent flow to describe. A parent or guardian with questions, or who wants information about a child's device deleted, can contact us at any time; see Contact us.
Your save data, including level progress, star ratings, coin balance, character and cosmetic unlocks, and settings like music and sound volume, is stored in the Game's local storage on your device. It is not uploaded to us, and we keep no copy of it. Uninstalling the Game deletes it.
Unless section 10 says otherwise for a specific Game, there is no cloud save or cross-device sync: your progress lives on the device you play on.
We don't collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location. The following information does leave your device, through the services described in section 05:
We use this information only to run the Games, understand how they are played, fix problems, and show non-personalized ads. We do not use it to identify you or to build an advertising profile of you.
Our Games use some or all of the services below. Section 10 lists which ones each Game uses. None of them receives your name or email from us, because we never collect either, but each operates under its own privacy policy.

Watching a rewarded ad is always optional. If a future Game uses a service not listed here, we will add it to this table and to that Game's entry in section 10 before the Game (or the update that adds it) is released.
The Games may offer optional purchases such as coin packs, ad removal, cosmetic items, and extra worlds or content. Every purchase is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play using the payment method on your account there. We never see or store your card number, billing address, or other payment details.
After a purchase, the Game stores only the entitlement on your device (for example, "Remove Ads: owned"), and the purchase event described in section 04 is sent to analytics.
farmfurygames.com has no accounts, no sign-up forms, no advertising, and no analytics or tracking cookies. Like any website, our hosting provider automatically keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, and time of the request) for security and to keep the site running. The home page also loads a script from a public code library (unpkg.com), which receives your IP address when it delivers that file.
Links on the website or in a Game to our merchandise store, or to other sites, take you to pages run under their own policies.
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. We use it only to reply to you, and we delete support emails when they are no longer needed.
We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it for targeted advertising. The only information that leaves your device is what's described in section 04, passing through the ad, analytics, and app-store services in section 05. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Save data lives only on your device, so you control it: uninstalling a Game, or clearing its app data, deletes it. There is no account on our side to close.
Analytics data is kept by Unity according to its own retention practices. If you want analytics data from your device deleted, or you have a question about any information described here, email us at support@farmfurygames.com. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to object to how it is used. Contact us and we will help, or tell you what we can't do and why.
If you are in South Africa, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.
Each Game's specifics are below. Before a new Game is released, or before an update changes what a Game collects, we update its entry here.

When we change this policy, including when we add a new Game or change what a Game collects, we update this page and the version number and effective date at the top. We will not reduce the protections described in section 02 for players of any Game.
